Why Use a Rice Cooker?

  3. Wash 3/4 cup of rice and add them to the pot
  4. Clean and Devein shrimp
  5. Dry and  marinate shrimp
  6. Add cubed vegetables and the marinated shrimp on top of the rice
  7. Add soup base
  8. Cover the lid and turn on the cooker to regular rice mode
  9. Once the machine beeps and everything is cooked, mix them, and enjoy!

Tips for Success

  • Adjust the heat: adjust the amount of serrano pepper according to your liking
  • Rice texture: Jasmine rice works best here, but if using another type of rice, adjust the liquid accordingly.
  • Add vegetables: Snow peas, spinach, or green beans can be added with the shrimp for extra color and nutrients.

Enjoy!
