Instructions
Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl, mix well and microwave for 1 minute
The side is partially cooked and the middle is liquidy. Mix well and microwave for 30 seconds
Microwave and mix for 30 seconds for 2 more times until you get a thick and semi-transparent dough
(Optional) separate the dough into 3 parts:Pink Mochi: add 2 drops of red food coloring to 1 part and mix welGreen Mochi: add a little matcha powder to another part and mix well.
Let the dough cool down for 3 minutes or until it is cool enough for you to touch
Dust the work surface with Mochiko flour or Kinako flour and cut the dough into quarter size.
Dust the mini dough with flour, and roll it into balls.
Serve with your favorite toppings like kinako flour, Oreo, soy cream milk tea and more
