  • ½ lb Salmon

Salmon Marinate:

  • 1.5 tbsp red miso
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp juice from grated ginger

Soup Base:

  • ¾ cup dashi Stock/ water
  • The miso paste from the marinate
