The moistest Microwave chocolate chips mug cake!

Ingredients
  

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry ingredients:

  • 2 tablepoons fine oat flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lavender sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a microwave-safe mug (I used 10 oz).
  • In a separate mug, stir together the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the dry ingredients into the mug with the wet ingredients, and stir until there's no visible dry flour. Add chocolate chip.
  • Microwave the mixture for 40 seconds and add more chocolate chips on top.
  • Microwave in 10 seconds increment until the fork run clean in the middle. Do not over cook.
  • Enjoy it with coffee as a breakfast or ice cream as a dessert!
