Wet ingredients:

milk

maple syrup

vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:

fine oat flour

teaspoon
cinnamon

baking powder
pinch
sea salt

teaspoon
lavender sugar

Instructions
Combine milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a
microwave-safe mug
(I used 10 oz).
In a separate mug, stir together the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Pour the dry ingredients into the mug with the wet ingredients, and stir until there's no visible dry flour. Add chocolate chip.
Microwave the mixture for 40 seconds and add more chocolate chips on top.
Microwave in 10 seconds increment until the fork run clean in the middle. Do not over cook.
Enjoy it with coffee as a breakfast or ice cream as a dessert!
